All the information you need when at the airport

Where do I check-in at Naples Airport ?

There are 55 counters for check-in procedures on the ground floor of the terminal. The counter number for your flight will appear on the monitors at least two hours prior to the scheduled departure.

I have made an online check in what happens now?

If you only have hand luggage you can pass the security check that are located on the first floor, otherwise you will have to find  your checkin counter to board your luggage.

What’s the best time to arrive at the airport?

The best time depends on your flight, however we recommend to be at the airport at least 2.5hrs before your  intention flight and at least 1.5 hrs prior to  your national flight.

What should I have on hand to check in?

You will have to present your airline ticket (paper or electronic) a form of identity and, when applicable, your frequently flyer or loyalty card.

When checkin in your hand luggage will be measured and weigh, please check your Airline website to see the hand luggage size.

My destination is the UK, Northern Ireland or Egypt, should I follow specific procedure in order to check in?

Following the USE2017/458 Regulation all passengers younger than 18 y.o. or in possessions of ID card or non electronic passport departing to UK, northern ireland and Egypt should arrive earlier in order to fulfill the border controls.

Besides, passengers over 14 years old and in possession of electronic passport, can use automatic border control (E-Gates).

How long will it takes to exit the airport?

The amount of time you will need to exit the airport may vary based on the airline you’re traveling with and the airport of origin.

When arriving from another airport in Italy you will need less time  (about 15/20min if you are traveling only with a hand luggage), however when arriving from another country it may take a lot more due to security checks and luggage retrieval.

What happens if I cannot find my luggage?

If you cannot find your luggage at the baggage claim, or you find that your bags have been damaged, please do not leave the area.

You will first need to fill in a module named PIR (Property Irregularity Report) that can be found at the Lost&Found office related to your carrier. The office will contact you when your bags will be found.

I do not have cash with me is there an ATM or Bank at the airport?

Yes, there are both and you can find all the services available in the section SERVICES.

Inter-faith Chapel

The airport Inter-faith Chapel is located outside the Departures Area of the terminal. It is open every day from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

WI-FI Connection

Throughout the airport the Wi-fi connection is available for free. To access the service you only need to connect your device to the Gesac network, then register on our welcome page or directly through your Facebook/ Twitter/ Linkedin account.

Health Service

First aid is available in the Arrivals Concourse and offers 24 hour assistance, in co-operation with the 118 emergency services, thanks to the staff of physicians and nurses who are equipped with emergency medical equipment.

If you need to store your bags, you will fin a monitored baggage storage on the first floor of the terminal, Departures Concourse near security control.

Luggage Protection

At the airport is available the service from Truestar. Their stalls are located in the departure area. The cost for the service is 10€ and it takes a few minutes.

Fast Track

The Fast Track Service will allow you to speed up the security checks to allow you  to reach the gate faster through a priority lane.

The price for the service is 6€ (when purchased on line) and 7€ when using the automated kiosks on the first floor of the airport.

The lounge is momentarily closed for renovation, it will be re-opened soon, following all direction to ensure the maximum safety during the ongoing pandemic.

Connection to and from the Airport

NCC

Alibus is a service which provides direct, rapid and efficient connections between Airport, Central Station and Port and allows to ANM vehicles to move quickly out of the vehicular traffic congestion using the dedicated port road system.
